Lactose intolerant???
Erika thinks Elijah may be having trouble digesting dairy. He was doing pretty well for a couple of days and then had pizza and shortly after starting throwing up into the next day. So she's going to keep him away from all dairy for a week and see how he does. Isn't it a shame these days that you almost have to come up with your own diagnosis for your ailments. And wouldn't it be nice to charge the doctors a fee for your own leg work. It can be a little frustrating ya know?

It is frustrating. Especially if they are offering little or no help. But then, my mom used to say, "Doctors don't know everything; they aren't God." It's just that sometimes some of them (not all) act like they do but they don't. The internet seems very helpful in exploring what's wrong sometimes, but you certainly can't diagnose things on that alone.
Praying that Elijah would experience relief. Love, Gina

This is Stephanie Bowman from WV (Gabriel Bowman's wife) I got your blog address off of Sara R's Blog. I just wanted you to know that I too am praying for Elijah. I know how tough it can be to have a little one sick. I will pray that God gives Erica wisdom also ;)
